ServiceTec using their muscles for a good cause at MSP
This fall, a team of eight fearless ServiceTec employees will once again lend their support to the Special Olympics Minnesota (MN) when they attempt to pull off an impressive feat – hauling 55,000lb Delta Jet across 25 feet of tarmac. All in an effort to raise money and support for over 8000 Special Olympic athletes.
The Plane Pull fundraising event will take place on September 7th 2019 at MSP International Airport, where ServiceTec’s courageous team members will put their strength to the test in the hope of raising over $1000 for Special Olympics MN.
Lynne Harrison, Executive Vice President of ServiceTec International, Inc, commented on her team’s upcoming efforts:
“We are very proud of our ServiceTec team and their desire to participate in such a fantastic challenge to help fund the incredible work of Special Olympics MN. It’s going to be a great day, so I’d encourage everyone to show their support. All the money raised from the event will go towards supporting more Special Olympics athletes.”
Special Olympics Minnesota offers children and adults with intellectual disabilities year-round sports training and competition. Through Special Olympics’ athletic, health and leadership programs, people with intellectual disabilities transform themselves, their communities and the world.
