ServiceTec achieves ISO/ICE 27001:2013 accreditation
Having undergone an extensive and rigorous period of assessment by Lloyds Register, the leading global provider of IT service management system certification, ServiceTec has formally achieved the ISO 27001:2013 accreditation. An internationally recognized standard, ISO 27001:2013 provides a framework for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) to provide continued confidentiality, integrity and availability of information as well as legal compliance.
ISMS is a set of best practice policies, procedures, processes and systems that manage information risks, such as those caused by cyber-attacks, hacks, data leaks or theft. Once achieved, ISO 27001:2013 provides proof and reassurances that an organisation is managing the security of the information it holds to the highest of standards.
This achievement reinforces ServiceTec’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of best practice – a culture that ensures the protection and security of customer data and instils further confidence in the organisation’s ability to safeguard customer reputation and protect revenues.
