ServiceTec Achieves ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Accreditation

ServiceTec is delighted to announce the addition of its third ISO/IEC accreditation with 20000-1:2018 now on the list.

An internationally recognized standard, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 provides a framework for IT Service Management Systems (SMS) and defines requirements for the development, implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of the system and how an organization delivers its services to customers.

This achievement reinforces ServiceTec’s ongoing commitment to fostering a culture of best practice – principles that ensure the delivery of IT service management and instil further confidence in the organization’s ability to meet the service requirements of our customers.
