We partner with airports and airlines of all sizes to manage, maintain, monitor and support business and mission critical IT systems.
Our Company is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Engineer on a Fixed-Term contract until 31st March 2019 (and reviewable thereafter) to work alongside our team at Manchester Airport.
In this role you will be supporting mission critical systems together with a wide variety of equipment including Common Use Systems, Airline and Ground Handler desktop and check-in systems, and Airline Self Service kiosks.
Individuals must therefore have a technical mind and technical knowledge and have had first class experience of dealing with a variety of customers in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:-
The ideal candidate for this position will have an A+ or equivalent certification. Additional college and/or technical training is also advantageous.
