Our company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/IT Engineer to work alongside our team at Manchester Airport. In this role, you will be supporting mission-critical systems together with a wide variety of equipment including Common Use Systems, Airline and Ground Handler desktop and check-in systems, and Airline Self Service kiosks.
Individuals must, therefore, have a technical mind and technical knowledge, and have had first class experience of dealing with a variety of customers in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.

Six on, four off rotating shift pattern covering the hours between 03:00 and 23:00 (start times will vary) and will also include some weekends, bank holidays and possible night shifts for project work. There will also be an element of overnight on call working on a rota basis (for which on call payments are made).
The ideal candidate for this position will have an A+ or equivalent certification. Additional college and/or technical training is also advantageous.
In this role, you will be supporting mission-critical systems together with a wide variety of equipment including Common Use Systems, Airline and Ground Handler desktop and check-in systems, and Airline Self Service kiosks.
Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
- Must have a good proven technical knowledge of PC/printer hardware and software
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in an IT or hardware support role
- Full UK manual driving license for driving airside and access to your own transport/24hr public transport to Manchester Airport
