Overview

ServiceTec currently has an immediate opening for a Part Time Customer Service Engineer to work nights alongside our team at the UK’s busiest airport, London Heathrow.

This position is for a zero hour contract covering an average of 15 to 20 hours per week between the hours of 22:00 to 03:00 (to include public/bank holidays and some weekends). You will be supporting and performing preventative maintenance on mission critical systems together with a wide variety of equipment including common use systems, airline and ground Hhandler desktop and check-in systems, and airline self-service kiosks.

Individuals will need to have a technical aptitude however training will be provided for any specific technical skills required for the position. You will ideally have had experience dealing with a variety of customers in a fast paced and pressurised environment.


Skills

  • A flexible approach to working hours is essential as this position. Candidates will need to be able to work the occasional daytime shifts to cover for staff absences
  • Must have a technical aptitude/interest in I.T. although training will be provided
  • Previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a customer facing role
  • Access to your own transport/24hr public transport to Heathrow Airport
  • Additional college and/or technical training is an advantage.
