This is a full-time salaried position offering flexible working, Monday-Friday. This position is office-based only. Salary and benefits information will be provided should you be selected for interview.

Position Overview

Experienced, customer service minded professional Talent Recruiter. This position will lead the recruitment for US and Canadian vacancies, ensuring positions are filled without delay and with the best candidate(s) for the role.


Essential Job Functions/Duties

  • Must be comfortable and experienced with negotiating
  • Must show initiative by working on your own until task(s) are complete
  • Ability to use and monitor multiple systems
  • Familiarity with BambooHR an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Proven ability to tailor job adverts for various positions, mainly IT
  • Excellent record-keeping skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google, Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to answer the phone, emails and review resumes unaided; work at a computer for at least 8 hours a day

Requirements: Soft Skills

Must be willing to work in a team environment and possess a positive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute tasks on time.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Excellent attention to detail.


Requirements: Technical, Educational, Experience and Certifications

  • Business Degree or proven agency recruitment or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws - Federal, State and Canadian (preferred)
  • Experience with employment reference checks
  • Experience with background checks (advantage)
  • Website skills for recruitment (advanced)
  • Social media skills (advanced).
  • Smartphone/texting skills.


Requirements: Physical

  • Visual acuity - ability to operate computer screens and read/write relevant documentation, without the need for special accommodation (large print, Braille, voice-assisted computer system or dictation equipment).
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
